Shipping Policy
Digital designs will be available for download immediately following purchase. It is your responsibility to download the product immediately and securely backup all purchases. We are not liable for any loss or damage to products that occur after download or any customer’s inadvertent or mistaken download of a product or free download such customer did not intend to purchase or download, and we will not reimburse you for such downloads. For the safety of your purchase, and to allow for complimentary updates, all emailed links will expire. It is recommended that you immediately download and backup your purchases. We may provide an online account for access as a courtesy, but this should not be relied upon for purchase access.
Turn around time for RTS (Ready to ship) items will be 2-3 business days plus shipping time. If you have questions before your order is shipped, or if you are needing to make changes, please reach out to us at lizziepiedesigns@gmail.com. We will respond as soon as possible.
All items that are designated as "Pre-Orders" are dependent on us reaching a MOQ (minimum order quantity). If we do not reach that number before the "close" date listed on the individual listing, we will reach out to you to have the order refunded, or we could choose to order the print anyway. We will only reach out to you if you are being refunded.
We currently ship through USPS and do provide a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for products damaged in transit or lost/non-delivered orders. If your product is damaged in transit or does not arrive, however, please reach out so that we can file a claim. All packages are sent with up to $100 insurance.
